Collateral Protection
   An insurance & tracking program designed for lending institutions  that provides force-place physical damage insurance for those collateralized loans otherwise uninsured, primarily automobiles and other rolling collateral.

MOB - CPI
    Same as above except billed on the outstanding balance each month.

Lenders Comprehensive Single Interest Insurance
Blanket
    An insurance program designed for lending institutions that provides contingent physical damage coverage to those collateralized loans that are repossessed by the lender and otherwise uninsured,  primarily automobiles and other rolling collateral.

GAP Coverage
    An insurance product that provides loan deficiency coverage in the event of a total physical damage loss, when the primary physical damage insurance is not sufficient to payoff a borrowers loan balance.

Credit Life & Credit Disability
    Provides life and disability insurance for term of the loan.

Force Placed Fire
    An insurance program designed for lenders that provides Fire & E.C. coverage for borrowers who have not furnished insurance on their mortgaged property.

Flood Insurance
    Insures against direct physical loss by or from flood to the insured's property.

AD & D
    This program gives you the opportunity to provide your customers, at no cost to them, $2,000 of Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance via a direct mail program.  In addition, supplemental coverage is availiable to customers in amounts of $20,000 to $150,000 at low group rates.
